Terms & Conditions

Operator and scope

MetaChem Academy LLP (LLPIN: ACR-1543) provides independent educational workshops, recordings and research-skills programs under the MetaChem Academy name. Instructor affiliations describe their professional background and do not imply institutional sponsorship or accreditation.

Registration and payment

Register through the official MetaChem Academy website or verified MetaChem payment links. Check the workshop title, dates, daily session times, inclusions and the final amount (INR or USD) before paying. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Live workshops, recordings and membership are separate products unless the description says otherwise. Keep your payment reference and use contact details you check regularly.

Access and communication

Joining details (Zoom link and WhatsApp group link) are sent to your registered email after successful payment. Please check your spam/junk folder. If details are missing, contact us with your payment reference and we will resolve it. WhatsApp is a supplementary support channel.

Recordings and certificates

Recording availability, access duration (typically 1 year for live workshops) and included materials are stated for each workshop or recording. A completed live workshop is not automatically an available recording. Recordings are for your personal learning and may not be shared or redistributed.

E-certificates are issued according to the requirements stated for each workshop (for example attendance, a quiz or feedback). Purchasing access alone does not guarantee a certificate.

Respectful participation and permitted use

Use sessions and materials for your own education. Do not share joining links, recordings or materials without permission. Harassment, disruption or misuse of other participants' information may lead to removal from a session or group.

Intellectual property

Materials belong to MetaChem Academy or the respective instructors and rights holders. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to access them under the stated terms, not ownership or resale rights.

Educational scope

We aim to provide useful, practical training but do not guarantee employment, admission, publication, research outcomes or grades. Demonstrations do not replace institution-approved laboratory training, risk assessment or supervision.

Changes and applicable law

Changes to these terms are dated on this page and do not remove rights already gained for an existing purchase. Indian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

If MetaChem Academy cancels or reschedules

If we cancel a workshop, you receive a full refund. If we reschedule, you can join on the new date or, if the new date does not suit you, request a full refund.

If you cannot attend

When recording access is included, you can learn from the recording if you miss live sessions. Requests to cancel a registration should be emailed before the workshop starts; once the workshop has started or recording access has been provided, fees are generally not refundable, except where the service was not delivered as described.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice for the same registration, or money was debited but the registration was not completed, the extra or failed amount is refunded in full after verification.

How to request a refund

Email info@metachemacademy.com with your name, registered email, workshop title and payment reference. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay; banks usually take 5–7 working days to credit the amount.

Not delivered as described

If joining details were not provided, a session did not take place, or there was a service failure on our side, contact us promptly and we will resolve it by providing access, a rescheduled session or a refund.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Details you give when registering: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, institution/affiliation, country and the workshop selected.
• Payment confirmation details from Razorpay (such as payment ID and amount). We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
• Basic website analytics and advertising measurement (for example via Google and Meta), which may use cookies.

How we use it

• To confirm registrations and send joining links, recordings, materials and certificates.
• To provide support, answer questions and inform you about changes to a workshop.
• To share information about future workshops; you can ask us to stop at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only with service providers needed to run the workshops, such as Razorpay (payments), Zoom (live sessions), Google Workspace (email, forms and records) and WhatsApp (group communication), and where required by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop receiving updates, by emailing info@metachemacademy.com. Certificate and payment records may be retained as required for accounting and verification.
