Registration & payment
How do I register for a workshop?
Open the workshop on the MetaChem Academy website and click Register. The payment page will show the applicable checkout details. Complete the payment using the workshop's registration link.
Where can I see the workshop fee?
Click the workshop's Register button. The applicable amount is shown on the payment page before you complete payment.
I completed the payment. What should I do next?
Keep your payment confirmation/reference and use an email address that you check regularly. Joining information is shared through the registered contact details. If you need assistance, contact info@metachemacademy.com.
I paid but have not received workshop details. What should I do?
First check your inbox and spam/junk folder. If the joining details are still missing, contact MetaChem Academy with your name, registered email, workshop title and payment reference so the registration can be checked.
Live workshops
Where are the workshops conducted?
Live online workshops are conducted through Zoom unless a workshop listing states otherwise.
Which time zone is used for workshop schedules?
Workshop schedules on MetaChem Academy are listed in India Standard Time (IST, UTC+5:30).
What if I cannot attend the live workshop?
Check the specific workshop listing. When recording access is included, registered participants can use the recording according to the access period stated for that workshop. Certificate requirements may be different from recording-access conditions.
Can a workshop date or time change?
Occasionally a workshop may need to be rescheduled. Registered participants will be informed through the contact details provided during registration.
Recordings
Where can I purchase a past workshop recording?
Visit the Recordings page and choose the topic you want. Click Get recording to continue to the corresponding access/payment page.
Does every past workshop automatically have a recording available?
No. A workshop having ended does not automatically mean its recording has been released. Only recordings shown as available in the recording catalogue should be treated as currently available.
How long is recording access available?
Access duration depends on the workshop or recording product. Many current MetaChem workshops specify 1-year recording access, but always check the information provided for the specific workshop or recording.
Certificates & materials
Will I receive an E-Certificate?
When a workshop includes an E-Certificate, it is issued according to the participation/completion requirements stated for that workshop. Please make sure your registration information is accurate.
Are PDF materials or workshop notes provided?
Materials vary by workshop. If PDFs, worksheets, templates or other supporting resources are included, this will be stated in the workshop information or communicated to registered participants.
My name is incorrect on my certificate. What should I do?
Email info@metachemacademy.com with the workshop title, registered email address and the correct spelling of your name.
Technical & general support
I cannot open the registration or recording link. What should I do?
Try opening the page in a current browser and check your internet connection. If the problem continues, send the workshop/recording title and a screenshot of the issue to MetaChem Academy support.
